Mr. Lead calls your school to get some information about your program, you start giving them the necessary info as you enter their Names and Phone Number into your MAS.

MAS automatically sends them a letter, an e-mail or a fax to give them additional information about your school. 2 or 3 days later Mr. Lead becomes your Mr. Prospect by taking your introductory lessons.

MAS sends them another letter, or gives you a reminder to call Mr. Prospect a day before his second introductory in your MAS daily scheduler.

A week later Mr. Prospect becomes your Mr. Student by extending into your regular program.

MAS's digital camera capability let's you take your student's picture on the spot and keep it in your file. After Extension, MAS also Keeps a log entry of all financial information of your newly joined student and starts the procedures for his future follow ups: - 2-4-6 calls - Black Belt Membership Candidate, Certificate and Follow ups - Feed Back and renewal appointments - and more.

Mr. Student comes to his class. Students use their membership cards and slide it into a bar-code reader where MAS takes over and starts doing its automatic calculations like:

• Marking Mr. Student as an attendee in his proper class

• Changing the ABC Rating according to the total times Mr. Student attended class in the last month

• Changing his stripes or exam dates if necessary

• Reminding Mr. Student to see his instructor before or after class for some additional information that is needed, like his new phone number, bringing a payment, etc... Some minutes after starting your class, you go to your printer and get your automatically printed class report And this is what MAS gives you on your report:

• Students who need their stripe today

• Students who have been off and on and need the most attention

• Students who must give you additional information on their membership, address or due payments

• Students who have an injury and need your care

Now Mr. Student finishes his class and goes home

MAS Web page design and database capability allows for your Mr. Student to go to your school web page at www.martial-arts.com\yourschoolname or www.kickboxing.com\yourschoolname and check out his testing date and time, maybe book a friend for an intro lesson or simply read your newsletter and get motivated for his next class. Back at the school it is time for you to do some follow up calls on students who missed class. MAS has a list of all students who need a phone call, ready for you in your scheduler, and while you are calling, MAS is also sending e-mails, faxes, or simply printing the appropriate motivational or "we missed you" letters to be sent to the non attending students.Here are some other benefits of having MAS as your manager:
